Shipping Policy

Delivery Origin
Your package may be shipped from Europe or internationally, depending on our warehouse availability.

Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days before shipment

  • Transit Time: 7-12 business days on average

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll cover return shipping. Simply send proof (e.g., photos) to contact@kdaisy.com.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed within 5 business days after shipment.

  • Track your order on our website under "Track My Order".

Delays
In rare cases (e.g., COVID-19, strikes, holidays, or force majeure), delivery may take longer than expected. While we can’t control these delays, if your package hasn’t arrived within 8 weeks, we’ll refund or reship it.

Incorrect Information
Errors in delivery details (e.g., wrong address, name, or country) are the customer’s responsibility. Our free reshipment/refund policy doesn’t apply in these cases.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours, as processing may have already begun.

Unclaimed Packages
We’re not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Refusal by recipient

  • Incorrect/insufficient address

  • Failure to claim

Customs & Taxes

  • Rarely, packages may incur customs fees or delays.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t control customs processing times.

Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:

  • Items are from different warehouses

  • Weight limits apply

  • Some items are backordered
